Aberdeen Angus Cattle

In order to qualify for the prestigious certification scheme all beef sold must be from a pedigree Aberdeen Angus sire.

At present some 85% of the cattle on Edenmill Farm would qualify. The rest being from Aberdeen Angus cross cows and sired by a Limousine bull. An expanding herd of pedigree cows is being used to increase the influence of the Angus throughout the herd and will eventually lead to full certification.
